COVER DOESN'T COST THE EARTH

PlumbSafe
you just pay for what you need. The first hour of a call-out is always free (many
plumbing/boiler problems can be fixed in less than an hour, leaving you with nothing
more to pay).
But if the call-out lasts more than 1 hour you know you'll only have to pay for the
extra time, and with our open pricing policy you will always
know just how much the extra time will cost.
And if your repair needs parts or materials, you simply pay for what's actually
required.
Even if you don't need an emergency call-out
PlumbSafe
is still great value as the cost of your annual boiler
service is always included.
JUST PAY FOR WHAT YOU NEED
With
PlumbSafe
you only pay for what you need.
Just £7.99 per month provides you with access to an emergency plumber 24/7, 365 days
a year, and your boiler is always given a annual service.
If you don't need to call us then we still service your boiler and there's nothing
more to pay.
But if you do need us, you just pay for what you need, and the first hour of any emergency
call-out is always free. It's as simple as that.
IS PLUMBSAFE RIGHT FOR ME?
If you have a smaller property
(two bedrooms or less), especially one with a combi boiler, then
PlumbSafe
will be more appropriate for you.
Because combi boilers have more components than regular boilers and are more mechanically
complex,
PlumbSafe
includes a full annual service to help keep your boiler in peak condition.
And you can always add extra cover for black
sludge for just £2.99 per month.

GET PROTECTED WITH HEATSAFE
If your heating system is:
then keeping your system topped up with corrosion
inhibitor is vitally important and our
HeatSafe
plan will do just that.
Corrosion inhibitor helps
to control black sludge, but it needs to be topped
up every two years to maintain protection for your boiler, radiators and pipework.
This usually involves draining water from the system and replacing it with a high
quality corrosion inhibitor.
HeatSafe
adds corrosion inhibitor protection to your boiler and emergency plumbing plan.
Instead of a full boiler service every year, you switch to a full service every two
years and have a boiler safety check for the year inbetween.
When we do the safety check, we use the time saved on servicing the boiler to add corrosion
inhibitor to the heating system.
You only pay for the corrosion
inhibitor when the job is done (currently £24 inc. VAT). There's no extra labour
charge - your HeatSafe plan is still just £7.99 a month,
and you still get the benefit of:

You can add a Magnaclean* service to your HeatSafe plan for
just £1 per month.
Each time we add corosion inhibitor to your heating system under your HeatSafe plan
we will also service your Magnaclean or other magnetic filter at the same time.
